Questions

Does it replace the engineer of record?

No. It does the layout work and the math fast, following NFPA 72 (2022) spacing and Chapter 14 inspection frequencies for smooth, flat ceilings. You or your engineer review it, and the AHJ has the final say.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes - it runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. Live AR room scanning and the AR install guide need an Android phone with Chrome; everything else works on iPhone too.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Invite up to 10 people per subscription with roles like admin, estimator, dispatcher and technician. Your company's data is private to your team.

Which trades does it cover?

Three sections in one subscription: Fire Alarm & Low Voltage (fire alarm, CCTV, intrusion and access control), Painting, and Construction. Each shows its own tools, and anyone on the team can switch sections with one tap.

Are inspection results saved?

Yes. Every device test is saved to your company's account with the date and result - even when the tech has no signal, it uploads when they're back online. A visit rolls up into the site's compliance record in one tap. Test methods follow NFPA 72 Chapter 14; the code edition your AHJ adopted has the final say.
